Concept Design

The Concept Design is a working drawing and will show the proposed design for the specified landscape areas.
The initial concept illustrates the proposed design accompanied by all relevant written information specifying material selections, dimensions, planting recommendations and any other design details.

This plan is a working drawing and has many images, which will illustrate style and detail of the design.
Planting Plan & Documentation

Planting Plan will contain visual detail, specifying Botanical and Common names of the selected plants, their locations, and numbers. This plan ensures the correct numbers of plants are incorporated with cross referencing which will be used for planting. A plant schedule accompanies this plan.

Contains a visual representation, defining accurate schedules to be outlined by two sets of plans under planting and hardscape. The following details will be included in the package: planting detail, surfaces and finished detail, lighting and drainage.
Plant Board

Our team creates carefully curated plants lists and turn these into visual mood boards, which we like to call plant boards. The Plant Board provides a planting palette and inspiration for your garden. The plant board is a mood board which will include a list of the specified plants with images and size description for each species per area of the landscape. Creating a vision and locally sourced garden loved and enjoyed through all year round.

Our team will procure and oversee the installation your plants using best practice methods to promote swift establishment and prolonged growth. The benefits of having us procure and setout for you is any necessary adjustments will be made on site by the design team to ensure a well integrated process. We also only work with the highest quality growers and suppliers in Australia to ensure a healthy and sustainable environment.

Design Consultation / Briefing A member of our team visits your property, bringing experience and fresh eyes, and offering creative insight and recommendations. During the consultation, we explore the practical and aesthetic needs of your exterior space, including lifestyle needs, function, and budget.

In response to the brief and upon your acceptance of our fee proposal, we prepare a landscape design concept for you to see the full scope of the project. We often use realistic 2D imaging and professional documentation sets, so every finite detail of your design is realised and understood.
